Full tear down and rebuild

Frame: Clean and inspect for fatigue damage, check and adjust fork dropouts, rear dropouts and derailleur hanger.

Suspension: Labour cost of  lower fork service and shock air can service is covered. Parts Extra. Full service extra.

Wheels: Clean and inspect hub parts, re-grease, install new ball bearings and parts as required and adjust. True front and rear wheels both radially and laterally as possible. Check and adjust spoke tension as needed. Secure axle nuts/ or screws.

Drivetrain: Remove and degrease bottom bracket and drivetrain components. Inspect for wear, regrease, reassemble and adjust with new ball bearings and parts as required. Lubricate chain and pivot points of derailleurs. Replace all gear cables and casings.

Brakes: Clean pivots and regrease or lube. Adjust cable and spring tension, brake shoe height, brake shoe “toe-in” and set centre orientation. Replace all brake cables and casings. Brake bleeds included.

Tires: Flat repair/installation of front/rear tire. Fill tires to maximum stated air pressure.

Headset: Clean, inspect and reinstall and grease with new bearings and parts as required.

General: Check/adjust/tighten the stem, handlebar, seat, seatpost, controls and crankarms.

Installations: Install of all parts and accessories covered.
